Aircrafts in both the air force and civil aviation, which have extremely high costs, are entrusted to the best pilots possible. However, to minimize “pilot error”—i.e., human-related flaws—and to enhance experience levels, pilots undergo “simulation training” after theoretical training related to aviation and the type of aircraft they will use. This training prevents the loss of pilots and the costly loss of aircraft during the crucial “experience-gaining phase.” The “Board Membership, Mentoring, and Development Program” and its case study simulations also elevate the experience levels of our senior managers for positions with significant authority and responsibility. Therefore, the program, supported by the Corporate Governance, Auditing, and Compliance Research Center of Galatasaray University, provides a highly strategic and vital contribution to the Turkish business world.
