Mustafa Başar, General Manager of Turkey at Uçantay Gıda A.S, graduated from the Department of Chemical Engineering at Kocaeli University in 2006. In 2007, he earned an MBA in Marketing from Christ Church University. In 2022, he completed a Board Membership and Mentoring training at Galatasaray University. From 2008-2009, he started his career as a Brand Manager at Wrigley’s in Russia and later worked as a Brand Manager at Bank of China in China from 2009 to 2011.
