It’s Not What You Say, But How You Say It!

Life is truly full of surprises; almost every day I learn something new, and it’s impossible to predict when or from whom a new piece of knowledge or perspective will come. Recently, I was having a conversation with my uncle, who is both a shareholder and a member of the board of directors of the company group to which my company is affiliated. He summed up the formula for making others accept a personal idea or opinion in three magical words: Ethics, Mathematics, and Psychology.
